Return Policy

1. Return Period: Customers can request a return of products within 30 days of purchase.

   2. Return Conditions:

   • • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
     • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or damaged.

   3. Return Process:

     • A copy of the purchase receipt or order number will be required.

   4. Refunds:

   • • Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund through the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
     • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

   5. Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or show signs of use.
